Quattro Goomba’s Vino di Frascati, Italy 2008 A medium dry white made in the Old World Style by the Goombas. It is a blend of Malvasia Bianca and Trebbiano and is light-bodied and crisp. This wine has notes of citrus and is slightly fruity pairing well with shellfish, seafood, and light Italian dishes.
Lucky Star Chardonnay, California 2008 A California white wine with good acidity and ripe, full fruit flavors. It was aged in stainless steel tanks and blended with a splash of Sauvignon Blanc. Ripe apple and pear flavors match with smoked chicken salad, four-cheese pizza, and calamari fritti.
Graffigna Pinot Grigio, Argentina 2009 This Argentina white wine delivers a bouquet of white flowers with peach and apricot fruits. It is very fresh, light, and fruity with a pleasant finish. It pairs well with seafood, light pastas, mushroom risotto, and mild cheeses.
Quattro Goomba’s Vino Di Nonni, California 2008 Vino di Nonni means “Grandfather’s Wine”. This family secret blend of two reds and one white grape is light-bodied and fruity. Our ancestors aged this wine in whiskey barrels, which we will one day bring back. This fruit-forward wine pairs well with pizza, white pastas, fish, and poultry.
Lucky Star Pinot Noir, California 2008 A Pinot Noir with full fruit flavors and a touch of Syrah that provides some extra smoothness and structure to the blend. It has ripe red raspberry and cherry aromas and a crisp yet silky finish. The wine pairs well with fresh tomatoes and herbs or a rustic wood-fired pizza with wild mushrooms and cheese.
Quattro Goomba’s Vino di San Pietro, California 2008 San Pietro is a small town in the Molise region of Italy. The wine is a Super Tuscan style blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. This wine is medium-bodied and mellow with smooth and silky characteristics. It pairs well with red sauces and veal, pork, and beef dishes.
Quattro Goomba’s Merlot, Chile 2008 The grapes for this Merlot come from the Curico Valley of Chile. We do a spring crush with this Chilean fruit. This is a full-bodied, dry red wine is lightly oaked and has a little spice to it. This Merlot pairs nicely with meats, poultry, and cheeses.
Quattro Goomba’s Vino D’Ana, Chile 2009 Vino D’Ana is our special Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend. It has a deep red color with gentle tannins and rich flavors of plum, blackberry and spice. Vino D’Ana pairs well with all pasta, vegetable soups, spicy entrees, and grilled meats.
Quattro Goomba’s Vino Dolce, California 2008 Vino Dolce or “sweet wine” is our sweetest product. It is made from Old Vine Zinfandel and at about 4.5 % residual sugar it is considered medium dry. This is a full-bodied, rich wine with jammy and berry characteristics. This wine pairs well with dark chocolate or for that matter any chocolate.
Frappe Vino Slushie Frappe Vino Mix is a great way to enjoy your favorite Goomba wine. Simply add wine and water, place in your freezer and in three hours you will have a frozen wine drink!
